Yes, there is a one-year warranty on a variety of topics. After a year you can come to us for repairs at a reduced financial cost.

The warranty provided is valid for one year from the date of delivery of the jewelry to the customer:

  • Repairing a tear in the chain (except in exceptional cases where special soldering is necessary and in circumstances where the product is not a reasonable use.)
  • Fixing a post that broke in an earring.
  • Reinforcement of locking mechanisms in hoop earrings.
  • Reinsertion of a fallen stone - if the stone is still with you and its size does not exceed 1.3 mm. If the stone is lost - you can contact us for a quote.
  • Renew white rhodium plating / rhodium blackening.

Please note: the warranty is not valid in cases of fractures, scratches, stretching, tearing and blows, or any damage caused by unreasonable use. Also, the warranty does not apply in cases where a piece of jewelry has been repaired or changed by an external party other than SUDRA Studio, and the warranty does not cover loss or theft of jewelry.
